About the Venue

The Chateau des Milandes is a private mansion that was built on the grounds of the park around 1489. In 1947 the French-American dancer, singer and actress, Josephine Baker came to occupy this residence. Today, Josephine Baker Park is host to a museum dedicated to Ms. Baker and a sprawling French garden lends itself to concerts and gatherings.
