I have been auditioning in Italy and expanding my network there, but, as you can imagine, many plans were cancelled due to the pandemic. I'm supposed to sing the role of Count Almaviva in two productions of Le nozze di Figaro by the end of the year...hopefully things will calm down by then!

What is your favorite memory of CLA?
I got to celebrate my birthday in 2017 while I was in Italy. There was a birthday dinner with friends, cake, and salsa dancing at the local bar...great memories!

What was your favorite aspect of CLA?
The environment, which invites you to learn in a very healthy way. It really is about developing you artistry.

How has CLA impacted your personal journey?
I have been able to learn the Italian and French language, repertoire, and
musical style first-hand, with Italian and French teachers. That makes an
incredible difference and is a great added value for anyone who is interested in refining their craft.

How are you continuing to create in this time of isolation?
I have been focusing on learning new repertoire for the piano as well as
preparing new operatic roles
